1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active fw66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. fw66 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held across those accounts where duplicate account activity is identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. fw66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly in your account settings.
• fw66 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of any payment method used.
• You must notify fw66 immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. fw66 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from the fw66 support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fw66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. fw66 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in your account at the time of the request. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned where identified, subject to any applicable processing fees.

• fw66 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification checks before processing. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• fw66 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or cancel a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fw66 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions), time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. fw66 employs fraud detection systems that monitor platform activity on a continuous basis. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be void and may be recovered by fw66 from any balance held in the player's account.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fw66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which fw66 may take such action include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account registration obligations, or prohibited conduct rules.
